RIP Ross Perot.

Just heard Ross Perot died today at 89.

He was the first Independent/third party candidate I ever considered voting for, until he bought a one-way ticket on the crazy train (as most third parties do for some reason).

He picked James Stockdale as a running mate. Stockdale was shot down over Vietnam and spent 7.5 years as a POW. Obviously a loser. I like candidates who are not taken POW.
