The USA is not a deeply racist country, not by a long shot. Too many black people have a irremovable chip on their shoulder over race, liberals have a need to ourselves while ignoring that the rest of us don't include themselves in the liberal version of ourselves. On top of that it is politically incorrect to examining the root causes of racial underachievement from a critical data based viewpoint with total disregard for what is politically correct and only being driven by accuracy. Because of this you will never properly define the problem thus never being able to accurately define a solution, only solutions that give you the answer you want will be considered.
