Serious question. Why should illegal immigrants get free health care?

Can someone please give me an answer that makes sense?

I'm not sure if the Democrats are trying to lose on purpose but they are doing a hell of a job.

since we are allowing the US to have open borders and pay for their housing schooling and healthcare, why not have the US pay for every countries housing, schooling and healthcare? as some people put it "its just humane thing to do" right after they have an abortion to kill their offspring because to them thats "the right thing to do" too.
