Serious question. Why should illegal immigrants get free health care?

Can someone please give me an answer that makes sense?

I'm not sure if the Democrats are trying to lose on purpose but they are doing a hell of a job.

@GoodCatholicGirl Exactly. Because generosity should be an American value (it always used to be, in previous generations, after all). And not just an American one; it should be a [i]human[/i] value. It's past time to stop thinking in "us and them" terms.
