Serious question. Why should illegal immigrants get free health care?

Can someone please give me an answer that makes sense?

I'm not sure if the Democrats are trying to lose on purpose but they are doing a hell of a job.

@SW-User Yes you are. You are missing the moderators asking these clowns exactly what they MEAN when they say health care for all illegals...or are you suggesting illegal aliens bring enough cash with them from El Salvador or Angola to pay for their medical care?
