Serious question. Why should illegal immigrants get free health care?

Can someone please give me an answer that makes sense?

I'm not sure if the Democrats are trying to lose on purpose but they are doing a hell of a job.

We don't even get free health care as citizens ._.

However, the service of birth or life-saving action has to be free for all, no matter who came from where. THAT, I stand with no matter what because there is no price on life. Foreign, included

@SW-User I agree with life saving measures. Birth is ok as well. I'm not ok with People intentionally trying to have children in the US when they don't belong here so that their child has citizenship. But that's just me.
