Serious question. Why should illegal immigrants get free health care?

Can someone please give me an answer that makes sense?

I'm not sure if the Democrats are trying to lose on purpose but they are doing a hell of a job.

They’re talking about Medicare For All, correct? Not just undocumented immigrants getting free healthcare right? Your question is a bit misleading.

Here is how my whacky mind works... if anyone living in the US gets sick, they should not be left to die because they either cannot afford healthcare or they are undocumented.
