@RodionRomanovitch I agree, but then diplomacy is just foreplay and pointless anyway. But that's the circular argumentation again. If it's intended, there was a reason and then you can ask again what is the reason. 🤷‍♂️

@Evened The only discernible reason is Trump's pathological desire to tear down all his predecessor's accomplishments. His policy makes no sense by any other measure.
