Why do you leave out all the others? Czech republic, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria? Even east Germany?

@DeWayfarer none of those countries were part of the Soviet Union, which is what this post is about. On the other hand why leave out the following, which were part of the Soviet Union: Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kyrzygstan? Have I left any out?

Belarus will likely become part of Russia within a decade or two, probably by mutual agreement.

@Discotheque Technically they were all apart of it. Since they all disintegrated from it over time.

@DeWayfarer sorry but they were not part of the Soviet Union, they were separate countries , including Czechoslovakia of course.
Discotheque · M
@beckyromero that’s interesting, I didn’t know that.

@Discotheque And that country I know most about! You could never convince my father on that! The Soviet Union control it ruthlessly!
Discotheque · M
@DeWayfarer dominated and controlled by the Soviet Union? Yes. But still they were separate countries, just pointing out the facts.

@Discotheque The semantics only mattered to Soviet Union not the people!

@DeWayfarer ok fair enough.
