It's all internal, Hindu Nationalism is on the rise really quickly, not to mention that the majority Hindu government literally controls the local media, so now everyone has to rely on international sources for a more unbiased, uncensored outlook. They hold back a lot of information that should be on the front pages of the newspapers and the new Hindutva government is encouraging Hindus in the direction of Hindu superiority
@NativeOregonian Any religion is capable of all sorts of violent terrorism. Buddhists certainly have done their fair share. If terrorism was something uniquely Islamic it wouldn't be a new problem in a religion that's been around for 1,000 years.

My general view is that specific religious beliefs will influence the style and type of violence, violence is usually down to issues of power and control irrespective of religious belief. Abrahimic religions have caused a lot of violence, but Id on't know the history of Hinduism and can't really comment on comparisons. Just current contexts.
@CountScrofula Exactly. The history of the Middle East and Northern Africa is pure violence going back thousands of years when warring nomadic tribes fought for prime oasis grazing lands due to the harsh desert climates.
@NativeOregonian I have been reading India's history and India is filled with anti Hindu liberals. Islam and Christianity with the help of traitorous Indian liberals have been trying to destroy Hinduism for generations. Muslims have been slaughtering Hindus for 1000 years from Afghanistan to Bangladesh and yet Indian liberal medias support Muslims.
Indian liberals are the worst because in their history books they praise Muslims who have invaded their land and raped their women. They never mentioned Indians heroes who have fought against Islamic invasion for centuries.They also white wash the crimes committed by British toward Indians.
India still have her cultural integrity because of Hindus.
@LoneKnight sounds like you've been reading from a lot of alt-right sources then. My education was more favourable towards Hindus that Muslims, so is almost everyone else's. A lot of our culture and architecture comes from Islam and even colonialists, the only Islamic historic figure "liberals" praise was Akbar, because he was all about inclusion and culture exchange, maybe you should read about him. No one's out here praising the likes Jahangir or Allauddin Khilji. And not one person is praising the British. Get over yourself.

Indian liberals are the dumbest and the most pathetic liberals in the whole world. There are a lot of Muslim and Christian countries, yet stupid Indian liberals are opposing a single Hindu country.
