iirc, a court banned it in the course of a case, less for the image, but for the caption on the post - which is actually more worrying because it was alluding to voter fraud.
Of course, the conflicting thing here was that the author was a ridiculous edgelord, and this post was listed among ones hostile to immigrants, people in nazi uniforms, etc.
