He said it himself that he is a socialist and that he wants to radically change America.

He refers to himself as a democratic socialist and is not advocating for the removal of a capitalistic system but rather enforcing regulation of the system to the advantage of the majority of taxpayers as opposed to the minority of extremely wealthy citizens who often head corporations that evade taxes entirely.@Lostpoet

@AnonymouslyYours I am a socialist; of course I am a socialist. To hold a vision that society can be fundamentally different, to believe that all people can be equal - that is not a new idea.
