Clive Palmer (Australia's Trump) Who is laughing now?

Every nation has one. America has Trump. We have Clive Palmer. A fatter, cheesier version of Trump. (If you can believe that) This mining tycoon turned politician did a term as a Senator previously and turned up for a quarter of the votes. This time he started his own party parodying the Trump style pointing out everyone elses flaws , making outrageous statements and vague promises and even running on "Make Australia great." You get the picture.. He fielded candidates nationwide and spent $80 Million on advertising and got.........NOTHING. We may have our problems with politicians. But we do know what to do with an @$$hole when we see one. 🖕😂

I dunno. There is an embarrassing number of pro-Trump Australians on this site. But if you’re keeping folks like him out of office in your own country, good on ya ! 😅👍🏽

@bijouxbroussard He spent 80 million dollars on advertising and didn't get one seat. He's a joke BB, a fat obnoxious embarrassment and thank goodness the bombardment will stop now. 😄

@Zoranna Honestly, that sounds like all the money Karl Rove and his cronies spent on Mitt Romney when Obama won his second term. And that’s when the GOP started talking about “voter fraud”. Ironic.

@bijouxbroussard Ironic indeed. This man is a fraudster and a cheat, but the ultimate irony is he'll probably try and claim the money spent as an election campaign "tax deduction" while the workers from his failed venture are still waiting for a settlement. How he gets away with it beats me.
