Conciousnes - awareness (everyone has that)
Emotions - the ability to feel and react(everyone has that)
Functioning brain - includes perception and whatever the fuck else goes on in a child's brain. (everyone has that)

And no, people with disabilities are just as equal because ya know they have at least one of the three. Those three aren't individual factors, they are interconnected and include the heartbeat. If a person were to have none of them, they'd be considered brain dead and be taken off life support. 👌
