Most abortions are just people wanting consequence free sex, it's enabling. Just like having someone walking up to you and saying "fall in love with me or I'll hurt myself". We don't give into their demand just because something bad will happen(dangerous hidden abortions) we give them another way(don't fuck). If they don't listen to that advice, getting the self-harmer to treatment and they walk out for example, then that's on them.
