Better science education won’t help - science has nothing to say about some kind of an invisible Sky Daddy making us people by blessing fertilized eggs. There is no way to test this idea, and as such, science simply doesn’t bother even considering the issue one way or another.
Best we can do is to have a constitution that says religious weirdos need to make a rational secular case for something to make it into law.
