So, it’s ok for Irish and Italians to represent Massachusetts.

It’s ok for Jews to represent New York.

But it’s not ok for a Muslim to serve.

Japan is struggling with their immigration policies, although I don’t know how this applies to Omar.

Japan is having issues with a labor shortage that is entirely tied to their immigration policies.

On the one hand, they are policies that make sense. On the other, they don’t account for modern day society
