Is Canada's Prime Minister a racist?

He just confused Japan with China in front of the Japanese Prime Minister. Does Canada's PM think all east Asians look alike? As a Canadian I am deeply embarrassed by our Peter Pan Prime Minister.

I feel your pain. He's obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer. We had one of those for 8 years just before our current leader.
