Impeach him for what, not having conspired with Russia or obstructed justice. Man, the left sure has things backwards. I knew they were....off, but this is rich.

Obstructing justice.. Over 700 at the last count former federal lawyers (GOP and Dem appointed) have said so. Just because there's no underlying crime proven doesn't mean justice can't be obstructed..
I'll put it simply so you understand. Something as simple as tripping up a cop who is running after a suspect is obstructing justice if you had nothing to do with the initial crime. If you tried to trip up the cop and missed is also obstructing justice because you endeavoured to do it (The actual wording of the statute)
There are currently 14 cases in the hands of other jurisdictions, 12 of which are still under seal, so you, me and Congress don't know who, what or where they're being investigated.

@HerKing Hon, I knew you were dumb but really. Any former prosecutor who claims they would have prosecuted him for obstruction is what we call pilling on, trying to keep the fire going. As any intelligent person would conclude, if he did anything prosecutable he would have been prosecuted. Now bow to me and beg my forgiveness, then go away. I've played in the gutter enough for one day. * waves you away*

Oh bless you wench...you know as well as I do a sitting POTUS cannot (because of DoJ convention) be prosecuted...Mueller even said that Trump couldn't be exonerated because of that ruling, that doesn't mean if he was a civilian he wouldn't be arrested.

@katielass Why don't they prosecute former Senator Kerry for conspiring with Iran, advising them on how to handle Trump and the ME in violation of the Logan Act.
He has made numerous phone calls to Iran to consult with them.
I wonder how Treason is legally defined?

@DallasCowboysFan Treason (IN US law) is defined as co-operating with an enemy of the country in time of war. And Kerry didn't conspire with Iran. Please don't be sanctimonious and all in favour of the law and hold Trump up as a pillar of all that is correct in the office of POTUS. It just makes you look silly.

Kerry was treasonist then and other times in his life.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MasterLee Oh I'm sorry, did I touch a nerve? Ouch...
Here's another comparison this time the guy who 'exonerated' Trump..
.
Funny how Trump wants to stop everyone testifying to Congress (You remember the old days when it was a co-equal third of government?) after he'd been exonerated...Surely he'd look forward to everyone saying how great and wonderful and exonerated he is...No?
