Was mr mueller blunt or what regarding his findings n analysis of his 2 yr investigation? And should our president be relieved...or more concerned?

It's obvious a cover up to protect the Obama administration and Hillary. They wasted a lot of our money trying to make Trump look bad. Many of us knew it all along.
