Is there more racial division than in the 90s or does it just feel like that bc the racially divisive are louder while fewer in numbers?

By "racially divisive", do you mean racist? If so, I think the number has stayed roughly the same, but they've been louder lately because we had a black president a few years ago; furthermore, his words and policies were somewhat progressive, which somewhat benefited blacks in general.
