The 9th District Court of Appeals just approved President Trump's plan to require aliens to wait in Mexico for approval before entering the US. No more releasing into the US.

(Someone has been appointing sane judges to the 9th Circuit)

For once the 9th circuit is reading the constitution instead of resorting to ideology to guide their decision.
