@beckyromero Thank you for posting this. Jackass will note that not a single Title in the proposed 1995 bill is the same as those passed in the Patriot Act in 2001. Biden did sponsor the 1995 bill, but he did not write the Patriot Act in 2001. Both cover some of the same ground, but there are significant differences, primarily with respect to surveillance.
