Weather changes are cyclic (I don't know why).
Greenhouse gases cause the surface of the Earth to warm up.
It'd be a shame if the cyclic warming wasn't enough to cause catastrophe but greenhouse gases(preventable) tipped the balance.
@GeniUs That and you have pundits saying it doesn't exist because winter exists.
GeniUs · 56-60, M
Those pundits are clearly daft!
@GeniUs Scary thing is people believe them.
GeniUs · 56-60, M
Everybody believes what they want to, I've been as guilty of it as anybody else in the past, I was probably mid 30s when I changed. Much more info around now for people to make their own minds up (sadly a lot of misinformation too).

@GeniUs The Sun's output changes over time, i.e., it's not constant. That's one big reason.

@QuixoticSoul What's funny?
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@HoraceGreenley You, of course.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@QuixoticSoul You dispute the fact that the Sun's output changes over time?
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@HoraceGreenley Not at all.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@QuixoticSoul So I am the funny thing then?

HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@QuixoticSoul OK. Just checking.

Funny how?
