This quote shows total exoneration?

“While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

So, “not” is no longer used with an auxiliary verb to form the negative?

Magic!

Trump is a great believer that if you simply say it loudly enough and enough times, the people will believe it. This may be the only thing he's actually correct about.

If that’s actually what the report said (which I doubt because there’s always a caveat to the left’s “facts” and “quotes”) then the person who wrote it is a moron who doesn’t believe in “innocent until proven guilty” and I’m glad they don’t tarnish the right’s identify by identifying with us. Our bouncer is logic and he keeps the bad guys out. Thanks, Logic.
