Trump approval rating 39%

Reading SW you would think Trump was the greatest President ever and those here who dare to disagree are treated like a small group of ignorant misfits. But the fact is- we are the majority of the American people!

More people voted for even the much disliked Hilary than for Trump, and Trump has consistently had among the lowest approval ratings of any president ever. It's never been more than low 40s% and is currently just 39%-

So why do you Trumpters act like you represent the will of the American people?

While SW may not be an accurate representation of the real world, you're going to find some really twisted WallNutters here.

They ignore the obvious, and believe in haikus, they get from their mailing lists, and hate web sites.

They will tell you that the polls were wrong, because Trump won, ignoring the very basic truth that the polls were not wrong. They predicted a Hillary popular vote win, with a margin of 5%. The polls were right, and she did win the popular vote by more than 3 Million votes.

Trump keeps saying he is the greatest ever. Facts say differently.

We are nowhere near getting started on an infrastructure reboot. This is something the Obama administration lobbied for, but the GOP vetoed, and will be not only the biggest job driver, but also what will give us future security. It cannot be started, because the GOP will not vote for it, and we already spent the money on tax cuts for corporations.

We are nowhere near getting the greatest health plan ever that Trump promised.

Education is not even on the map.

As far as I'm concerned, these are the top priorities. He is the President of the USA, but he has yet to act as one. He's consistently placed himself as president for those who support him. By doing, he's polarizing the country, at levels never seen before.

What he's accomplished so far, is inviting Dictators to break bread, with no apparent benefit to the US or the world.

What he will do now, is a victory lap, to spin the Mueller findings, whatever those may be. Today, the Senate GOP refused to put to vote, a measure asking for the Mueller report to be made public. Trump says publicly that he wants it released, but privately his henchmen, McConnell and Graham will say no. They don't want their own election chances hurt.

This victory lap will end in November 2020, when his family is all set.
