Mueller has more intelligence and legal experience in his turds than the entire Trump clan have combined and as NO-ONE but Mueller and his team know what he's found out it's also a fair bet he knew from the start that Trump would do anything he could to try and shut down and obfuscate and probably try to pardon anyone indicted in the federal system.

So why not pass off the big fish to the districts that can't be pardoned? I'm no lawyer, but it's what I would do.. And the Mueller investigation is only a small part of the bigger picture.. 🙂
