NYC will now have Meatless Mondays in all public schools

They say it will reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. What do you think?

I think it's a great idea. It might introduce them to vegetarianism, can be just as healthy or far healthier, eases a burden on the environment and can save money...if it's done right.
