I'm just gonna say this. The haters can come at me. Fuck them.
We were brought up that one doesn't wear the flag. People actually died to raise that flag in different places and times, and that's why there's a ritual to raise and lower the flag, fold it, and destroy it. Give it to a fallen soldier. Give it at a veteran's funeral. Display is folded. Display it hung. And we were taught to go to the armory or VFW and ask. Don't put an old flag in a bag and throw it in the dust bin. Or just hide it away.
So that's why we were taught to not wear it. You sweat on it, spill shit on it, and then it ends up in the hamper with your nasty drawers and socks.
So I would say the left, but that's long gone that attitude. I've seen stars and stripes on bikini bottoms, tube tops, shirts, skirts, hats, capes. I've seen people lay on stars and stripes blankets or towels or some shit. Fuck their old lady like that or have a picnic. Doo rags. Kid Rock making one into a poncho by cutting a hole in the middle for his head.
Since that's culturally off the table. Offended by what? It's all 1A.
I'd say the right because of respect for the *office* of president, but that's long off the table too. We haven't done that for a generation either.
