Only if it makes multiple rounds. If proper information is supplied and people are forced to take time to think about it, yes. But nobody should be invited to walk in, request an abortion and be given one immediately. They should also hand out free condoms and information for couples who aren't pregnant yet and don't want to get pregnant but can't afford birth control.
