An honest question for Republicans.

I just read that most Republicans wouldn't support Donald Trump's impeachment even if Mueller proves he accepted Russian assistance or obstructed justice.

Is this true? Do you believe the end justifies the means, even if it involves cheating, lying or obstructing justice? Or actual treason...

I think it is true. I can't tell you how grossly uninformed most all Republicans are. There is an unspoken rule among the ultra-right that says they can ONLY watch FOX or ultra-right wing "news" sites. As long as that is the case--and those sites know it is--they can omit truth, bend it, invent it and they know if their viewers will NEVER look at any other sources to find out what they are putting out is true or not--then they can say anything and it will be believed. When faced with actual facts--that the right wing media omits--the natural reaction of right wingers is to scream FAKE.

In their minds.......what they are hearing is fake--because NONE of the few sources the depend on for propaganda has ever told that what the real facts are. So when you tell them something that is real--for them it's the first time they have ever heard that, so they don't believe it. Since that is the state of awareness of the ultra right---nothing real and truthful is known--and everything they do hear is filtered and/or made up instead----when Mueller proves anything to them factually---they won't believe it.

If you were old enough to remember Nixon, you'd know the answer to your question. The evidence against Nixon was overwhelming. I mean stacks and stacks of evidence of wrongdoing. It was so overwhelming even to Nixon that when faced with impeachment, he knew his goose was cooked so he resigned. After that for 6 months the Republicans in congress--in total denial---kept on trying and trying to bring him back by discrediting what even Nixon knew was true. The GOP has never publicly admitted to this day that the evidence against Nixon was true. The denial----based on the fact that they do NOT want to know what the actual facts are--means if they are told--they will simply deny it as real.
