I wonder, if President Trump had not won the election and Hillary Clinton won instead, 🤔

do you think the outcome would be more or less positive than we are currently experiencing? What do you think would be better or worse

Had Hillary won, the economy would have continued to improve, but at a slower rate, since there would not have been an infusion of money into the economy from the tax cuts. There would have been no tax cuts for the wealthy, and the federal budget deficit would have continued the decrease that Obama started, instead of doubling under Trump. Overall, the outlook for the economy would be good and sustainable.

Domestically, we would not be attacking immigrants with hate and vitriol. We would not have a darling of white supremacists in the White House. The US would be respected around the world and securely in our place as the world's superpower. We would not be trashing our foreign treaties with our allies, and the president would not be a Russian asset whose first thought is what is good for Mother Russia.

We would still be in the Paris Accord on Climate Change, and taking small but concrete steps to address this global issue, instead of ignoring it to the everlasting shame that we will give our children and grandchildren.

Conservatives would be attacking the president relentlessly and continuing to be the party of obstruction. But despite endless investigations, there would not be indictments and convictions and guilty pleas of campaign officials and administration aides and cabinet members. And there would be far fewer cabinet members leaving under clouds of illegal activity, if there were any at all.

The biggest problem would continue to be Trump, who would have called his acolytes to violence immediately after the election, causing outbreaks of wingnut violence in pockets around the country. Trump would be continuing to foster discord and violence while lining his pockets.

Like any administration, there would be issues and mistakes, but nothing of the magnitude of the current incompetence. Overall, we'd be better off in most areas, with sustainable growth and plans to address the real issues of the nation.

@windinhishair What a load of crap. lmfao
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SouthernBoxer I guess you prefer the current abomination. It is a free world (for now).
SouthernBoxer · 31-35, M
@windinhishair It's a free country only because Trump is fight his ass off to keep it that way while improving. On the other hand, Killary would try to drive the nation into a third world country. The bitch should be in jail. You should take your comedy bits elsewhere and stop trying to misinform people. You're an old fuck, but there's still time to grow a brain.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SouthernBoxer You control the presidency. You control the Senate. You control the DOJ. You control the Supreme Court. If Hillary is guilty of a crime, you should charge her. Absolutely nothing stands in your way at all.

You're a young fuck, and apparently beyond redemption.
SouthernBoxer · 31-35, M
@windinhishair LOL, apparently wisdom is not guaranteed with age. Shame. Let me know if you grab your hearing aid and are willing to learn a thing or two. Otherwise, move to Venezuela, Killary drone.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SouthernBoxer Wisdom apparently hasn't visited you, and likely never will. Continue with your message of hate and vitriol. It fails every time in the end, though you've never read history so you don't understand. Such a pity.
SouthernBoxer · 31-35, M
@windinhishair Hahaha. Unfortunately, it's libtards like you that get offended and triggered easily, not me. Besides, that's all you hiveminds can do. You prey on the ideas of victims and "hatespeech" as you dumbasses call it. You should feel right at home. All you have is recycled words and lines I already said. Want me to pull up a dictionary for you, grandpa?
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SouthernBoxer You don't even own a dictionary. And you failed to address why Hillary isn't arrested when there is nothing stopping that from occurring. Ever wonder why that is, when doing so would make wingnuts like you orgasm from joy?
SouthernBoxer · 31-35, M
@windinhishair There's no point in going into any detail because your ass is that red and sore from Trump. The funny thing is, I'll forget about your dumbass shortly, while you will be over there crying at how a younger person put you in your place, as you cry and put babypowder on your sorry ass because Trump won. Get over it. You communists lost. Buckle up for another term, sweetheart.

@windinhishair While there would not have bee any tax breaks, the country was ready to go into the next phase, essentially a multi $T in the infrastructure, that would not only transform the country, and get us ready for the next century, but would result in the biggest economic boom since the Clinton administration (the Obama administration was a period of recovery).

Most importantly, we would be doing something other than slogans.

Incidentally, our new UN Ambassador, has some great credentials. Her third husband, heads the third largest coal production operation in the US, and who donated a couple of $Ms to Trump
s campaign. That's where the Trump administration is taking us.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SouthernBoxer Hahaha. Typical Trumpian response. Fail to answer the question, and resort to insults. Hey, it works for Trump, right? Why not for a young, stupid acolyte?
SouthernBoxer · 31-35, M
@windinhishair Gotta talk in ways you are familiar with. It's all you libtards can do. It wouldn't be fair to use big, fancy words around such an ill and old man. Again, powder your ass and stop crying. Trump won. :)
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Northwest I didn't mention infrastructure, but I think you are correct. It was infrastructure that was one of the key aspects of our recovery from the Depression in the 1930s. Infrastructure from that period is evident throughout the country.

I haven't had time to read much about our new UN Ambassador yet. But the financial ties to Trump seem to be a prerequisite for any meaningful position in this administration.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SouthernBoxer Go away little man. The adults are talking.
SouthernBoxer · 31-35, M
@windinhishair Awww, how cute. The old fart is now being a hypocrite. What a surprise! You should also change your name. Everyone knows you are bald, shame.

Oh, it's very entertaining. I will not spoil it for you. She's currently our Ambassador to Canada. Infrastructure is what the Demos have been trying to push, as we emerged from the financial crisis. That's the only long term guarantee to our, and the world's, advancement.

Trump thinks that by tweeting that he wants 6G (never mind that there is no such thing), is great, but our Infrastructure should be job #1, not getting excited about the Chinese saying they will buy soy beans, something they've been doing all along and want to buy more of.

I completely agree with everything you say, although I think there would be less wingnuts violence but intense wingnuts rage.@windinhishair
Loretta78 · 46-50, F
@windinhishair Thanks for this interesting conversation. It has showed me whom to block next… 😒
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Northwest Maybe next week he'll be tweeting about 7G or 8G or 91G. Fox will do a special on it and the wingnuts will parrot it back.

@monte3 I hope you are right. I'm anticipating violence when Trump is removed from office for his crimes, but hopefully it just ends at rage.
monte3 · 70-79, M
Absolutely block everyone that has an opinion that disagrees with you. @Loretta78
Loretta78 · 46-50, F
@monte3 No. It doens´t depends on whether someone "disagrees" with me. But I don´t like rudeness, disrespect and rude people at all. And when those kind of people are also a kind of "HARDLINER Trump supporters" then I press the block button.

You might disagree with me on many things: sports, climate changes, hobbies, even my own country - I don´t mind. But when it comes to rudeness, racism or disrespect - those are my sensitive points.
monte3 · 70-79, M
I am completely against rudeness and Trump. I apologize for mistaking the intention of your post@Loretta78
Loretta78 · 46-50, F
@monte3 Don´t worry. :-)
