How much time do people generally get for filing false police reports ? But I can tell you my sister’s neighbor got no time for calling the police and claiming she was breaking into her own house.

@bijouxbroussard I read somewhere the maximum possible in his case is 36 months? Though obviously might not be anything like that, if prison time at all.

@Esmaurelia The situation is aggravated by mail fraud/terrorism. He paid the two brothers to send him a hate letter with a "white powder" enclosed. It was only when that canard didn't yield the desired result that he concocted the "hate crime."
