Does Trump sound like a thief at this point?

He wants to take money from military funds and might divert money from disaster aids meant for California and Puerto Rico (which are still recovering from their disasters) just to try and get this wall he wants built.

@Magenta That's what might happen if this national emergency gets approved by the Supreme Court, if it goes that far. Then the next president can request a national emergency on whatever they want and that's not good.

@Magenta And? No one has said presidents don’t have the authority to call a national emergency [i]for actual emergencies[/i]. The problem is Trump is making up an emergency to circumvent Congress.
