Does Trump sound like a thief at this point?

He wants to take money from military funds and might divert money from disaster aids meant for California and Puerto Rico (which are still recovering from their disasters) just to try and get this wall he wants built.

But if he wants the damn wall, we'll build a wall, and chain his sorry ass to it.
