Does Trump sound like a thief at this point?

He wants to take money from military funds and might divert money from disaster aids meant for California and Puerto Rico (which are still recovering from their disasters) just to try and get this wall he wants built.

Seize power and take control, create fear, chaos and division in the political system, identify a group for causing ALL the problems, declare a National Emergency, eliminate the form of Government, control the economy and redirect the money, call in the Military to enforce control. 🤔 I think that I have read this happening before in history.
