That's overly optimistic, I'm afraid. Trump's SCOTUS will rule in his favor.

@zerofuks2give A Democratic president could close all the loopholes. Assault weapons could and would be defined by statute. Magazine restrictions would become mandatory nationwide. And other gun control measures.

So be careful when you support the president's naked power grab. It could easily be used in the future for something you don't support, on issues that should be decided by Congress as per the Founding Fathers' original intent.

I still don’t understand your use of the word “assault rifle” and magazine restrictions wouldn’t bother me one bit. I would just need to purchase more mags lol@windinhishair

I never found a definition for assault rifle the only thing that I found was that he banned fully automatic rifles. Is that the definition you are referring to?@daisymay

@daisymay actually I found several articles about it being a bogus term. These articles referenced an ATF document as their source. I read it but the document didn’t state it verbatim so I figured it was pointless to reference.
