If Trump can declare a national emergency and build a wall, what is to stop a Democrat President from declaring a national emergency and confiscating certain guns?

I think you need some numbers - sure there is gun violence but not every single gun is or has killed someone -

@MarmeeMarch they don’t keep statistics on the number of times guns have saved a life or saved someone from getting raped or held a criminal till the police got there.
