Approve DACA and the wall - how hard is that?

No limits or quibbling on either. It would actually show some leadership on both sides.

Its a little late for that. I think the wall just died and we're now moving into America v. Trump for the next two years.

Maybe. Or it’s two years plus four years of wall. DACA is a good thing so why not save time and money and do both now?@MistyCee
@jackjjackson I'd like to see DACA, but I don't see it happening while Trump is in office, nor do I see much chance of anything constructive happening.

Next step will be a fight to try and override the emergency and some pretty bloody court battles, which, I really do think are more important than the wall or immigration.

I think the deal I outlined and no court battles is preferable. @MistyCee
@jackjjackson Get Trump on the phone quick. If you can get him to throw in a resignation, I'm sure a deal could be cut that Pence would sign.

You propose your own deal I proposed mine 😀 @MistyCee
@jackjjackson I just gave you a couple offer, which I think could not only get this done, but also save everyone a lot of grief.

I'm not happy about it, but McConnell went along with letting Trump make the next two years about Trump, and petty stuff like the wall and DACA will surely get lost in the shuffle.

President supports DACA. @MistyCee
@jackjjackson I don't think he cares about DACA other than as a political tool, or, really, the wall for that matter.

Oh ok. @MistyCee
