@SW-User Many of those apprehended were done so after the administration moved the goalposts and made nearly every step they take some kind of offense or crime. Many of the crimes were simply that attempt at trying to cross over.

And what about the million plus apprehensions in 2000 and later??
Where were the goal posts then??
In 2014 there were 420+ thousand and in 2016 540 thousand...
There's a very serious problem .. a wall is stupid but the problem is very real and persistent..
Something needs to be done..
I wish the democrats would stop whining and come up with a workable plan to address this issue..

@SW-User If someone crosses, they commit a misdemeanor offense. In being apprehended, they are charged with that offense and thereby labeled as A "criminal caught crossing the border." It's a self-fulfilling prophecy and manufactured crisis.

394 THOUSAND isn't a manufactured crisis..
A million probably got through, thats a REAL problem..

OBAMA said it was a serious problem, but now it's manufactured..
