Kim Jong Un is not dumb by any means, I say this because even though he is building a nuclear arsenal he is not dumb enough to use it. He just wants to sit at the big kids table with the rest of us and be taken seriously and in his opinion as long he has nukes we cant deny him. Kim does know that using them on anyone in the world would end up destroying his own country. However by having nukes it does make other countries think twice about attacking his country and that in it self is smart. Don't think that we are fool or naive to let him build it with out us being able to protect us from a incoming nuclear strike. Kim Jong Un knows this and would have to strike us when we weren't looking, however that would just end badly for him.
