I hate the ACA but the SCOTUS correctly upheld the individual mandate through the federal government's power to tax. There is no way around the fact that it was a tax and a line item on the 1040 tax form. With the tax gone, the one leg holding up the ACA is broken. It should be overturned.

That theory was lame to begin with. It wasn’t a tax it was a penalty. @StrictSouthernHOH
