Maybe you weren't so hopped up on meth back then ...

@Pianist1234 a lil known fact is that the house has to invite the president to address Congress
What does 'fact' mean in your world?
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@hlpflwthat it's a formality though the speaker is required to do it
hlpflwthat · M
@Mountainlady16 All mixed up again aincha. It is a requirement that anyone appearing before the house be invited by the speaker - El Cheetoh doesn't get to stage his rant without the invite.

There is no requirement that the Speaker of the House invite the president to give a State of The Union. None.

But I'll gladly look at the 'constitutional requirement' you claim exists. Lolololololololololololololol.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@hlpflwthat the president is required by the constitution to present state of the union on a regular basis which for nearly 100 years has been a live address first done by radio than by television
hlpflwthat · M
@Mountainlady16 And no one is stopping him from doing that. Are they 😏
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@hlpflwthat yes they are it's required to be presented to Congress
hlpflwthat · M
@Mountainlady16 Now you're making shit up again. That's what you do when you are caught in one of your lies.

"The President “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.” Article II, Section 3, Clause 1."

See one single word about 'where' or 'television?' That's because there isn't anything about it in the constitution.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@hlpflwthatfine let's have it in the White House and forget to invite the crybaby left
OggggO · 36-40, M
@Mountainlady16 The speaker is required to do no such thing.
hlpflwthat · M
@Mountainlady16 Ahhh - there's the name-calling right on cue ... the moment your bullshit lies on the floor exposed.

Thank-you for playing.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@OggggO he or she is required to invite the president to present the state of the union
hlpflwthat · M
@Mountainlady16 Thick as a brick - hit that pipe.
"The President “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.” Article II, Section 3, Clause 1."
That's all there is in the Constitution. The Speaker is not required to do anything regarding the State of the Union.

Or you could pull up the section of the Constitution that requires it.

But it doesn't exist.

So you can't.

Can you. Lolololololololol 😂🤣😏
