Federal workers..

Does anyone know, if the federal workers..TSA, air traffic control, and anyone else who are working without pay, do they sign a job description, when they are hired, that they must work without pay during government shutdowns?

I think instead of TSA and others, they should stop the pay of all those in the house and senate and all their aids and support. Then lets see how fast people are willing to come to the table and talk.

@WindTherapy I agree with this too. The senator from my state has donated his pay, has also come here and requested any federal worker needing help to call his office. Nice gesture, haven't heard if any worker has received help.

@SW-User Yep, workers are played as pawns. Too many egos right now on both sides of the table. Anyway...I'll end it there as I don't typically engage in political talk as it never ends well. ;)

Amazing how some have done this and some have not. It should be noted and remembered when each runs for re-election. @SW-User

@WindTherapy I don't normally either, but this question just popped in my head and I was curious as being in healthcare it's a requirement to get a flu shot every year, and it us part of the job description/requirements that is signed at hiring.

@SW-User I agree, it's a good question and one I hadn't thought of.
