It'slooking like the options are to leave with no deal, or to have another referendum... :/

@walabby Problem is with those in power not the information before them.
Been this way for the last three years !
That's what annoys most voters ! We figured this stuff out, why couldn't they ?

@Picklebobble2 I don't know much about this, but a new referendum seems to be the logical way to go..???
Thoughts...?

@Picklebobble2 because they are behold to EU and don鈥檛 want to leave
Picklebobble256-60, M
@walabby Referendum unlikely to help. I suspect the result will be the same but with HALF the number of voters bothering to turn out !
Can you imagine ANY government wanting to act on something only 25% of the entire votership voted for ?

@Picklebobble2 The original referendum had something like a 1.6% majority? I didn't think that was really enough to do something so disruptive..?
Not my country, but I feel for you guys... from both sides of the argument.

@Picklebobble2 polls are showing that many more young people will be voting than last time, and against leaving, maybe they should have a chance to vote?

@walabby People here want strength in their negotiators. People here want planning and structure and progress AT HOME let alone anywhere else !
Every minute we dick around with this we're not sorting out housing or health problems at home and it's THAT that's annoying most folk.
Picklebobble256-60, M
@lorne13 There ARE voting laws ! You CAN'T change them JUST because you THINK you can RIG the result in YOUR favour by changing the voting age.
We went through all that PRIOR to the LAST vote !
lorne1361-69, M
@Picklebobble2 no change to voting age, you know that many younger voters didn't bother to vote first time right?
