@CountScrofula Its less likely because the government lost a vote to MPs last week which seeks to guarantee against it. Its still possible though because the legal default with the EU is still no deal.

If (as looks likely) May loses the vote, she has three days to come up with an alternative. Labour are planning to push for an election which they could get but perhaps not. This is a full blown constitutional crisis.
