@HoraceGreenley She is a leftist and they are liberals. They don't want a Berniecrat takeover of their party because they are moderates who are too close to wall street. It's because they [i]fear [/i]her competence, not because they perceive her lacking it.

@Burnley123 The Dems are distancing themselves from her because her brand of Socialism won't play outside the Blue Blubble of Brooklyn and she says things that embarrass the party.

@HoraceGreenley Bernie won Democratic Primary votes in almost every mid-west state. People are pissed off with economic inequality and some of them have sussed out that the Conservative culture war is a distraction.

@jackjjackson Beto is more of a moderate liberal. I don't hate the guy but he's not on the left of the Democrats. Beto has won other races and is a sitting Congressman.
