That is a common misconception born and perpetuated by the left and it's propaganda wing, the MSM.
Our porous borders have allowed anyone through that wants to cross. Mexico, like every other place, has it's share of rapists and drug dealers. When Trump made mention of this, the media created the story that Trump is calling Mexicans rapists and drug dealers to convince people that Trump is a bad person. And, what do you know? Here you are - but I do appreciate that you are asking about it instead of just assuming.

You’ll see in the video he states as fact that the Mexicans coming into America are drug dealers and rapist and “some” he assumes are good people. You cannot deny or spin that. It’s in video. It’s fact.
Statements like that are inflammatory. He’s saying if you see a Mexican man then it is more likely that he is a drug dealer or a rapist than a good person. You cannot deny that.

I've listened to it and so have you - although my video is about 7 minutes long. Anyway, you say he is saying all Mexicans are rapists and drug dealers. I heard something entirely different - that the lottery system used seems to favor problems like rapists and drug dealers.
