Up Against The Wall

Trump tweeted:
An all concrete Wall was NEVER ABANDONED, as has been reported by the media. Some areas will be all concrete but the experts at Border Patrol prefer a Wall that is see through (thereby making it possible to see what is happening on both sides). Makes sense to me!
It looks like Trump, just watched Fox, and is now aware that Kelley said that the concrete wall idea was abandoned early on, and it seems as if everyone is aware of that, with the exception of all the Trump voters, who get their education through his tweets.

So, in this tweet, he says that the concrete wall, was never abandoned, but the experts told him that they want a see-through wall, you know, the kind of barrier that the two past administrations were doing, so that makes sense to Trump.

I am not sure if there's any way to decipher this, other than the concrete wall was abandoned, and Trump has been lying about it for the past couple of years. I'm sure this will zip above the SW Trumpsters' heads.

Hey as long as Mexico is paying...oh wait, scratch that...Hey it'll be a big beautiful wall, 30 feet high, he builds the best walls, believe him...oh wait scratch that. ISIS is defeated in Syria the troops are pulling out...oh wait, they 'll stay there till the job is done, ISIS is still in Syria, scratch that.. Mexico is building the next Trump golf course...scratch that.. 😂

@HerKing Senator Graham, is now proposing that it was never about an actual "wall", but rather a metaphor for border security.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@Northwest It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. Trump and his disciples are so mixed up in all the lies they've spouted they no longer have any grasp on any tiny particle of reality they may have had.
Northwest · M
@HerKing Yes, it is tragic, Congress presented a bipartisan solution, and he rejected it, causing the shutdown.
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@Northwest 🤣
SW-User
@Northwest it was the Democrats that caused the shut down.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@SW-User No it wasn't. Trump said on live TV he would 'carry the mantle' of a shutdown. He even said he wouldn't blame Schumer. But nice attempt.

@SW-User
it was the Democrats that caused the shut down.
Congress had a bi-partisan proposal that Trump initially supported. All it took, was for Coulter, to call Trump's manhood into question, and he refused the bi-partisan compromise he had agreed to.

Then, he sequestered himself into the WH, and started accusing the Democrats of supporting rape, murder and drug dealing.

You are confused.

@HerKing he’s fighting for security Democrats are fighting for votes. Whose side do you think I’m going to blame

@SW-User Trump has NEVER fought for anything that he didn't believe directly and only advantage himself. Do you seriously believe otherwise? Jeeeze. And he then turns,on Fox to see if they like his latest tweet, which they usually do because Hannity fed it him the night before.
SW-User
@HerKing Trump left behind a multi billion dollar business to run for president just to piss off the political cult that runs the world. That’s rebellious as shit and that’s why I support him.
OggggO · 36-40, M
@SW-User No he didn’t. He faked divesting himself of that business so that he could take on a job that gave him immense personal power and the ability to embezzle from the largest budget on the planet.
Northwest · M
@SW-User He did not leave anything behind. His business interests were transferred to his family, and that family has been appointed to negotiate, on behalf of the USA, all major deals with foreign nations/interests.

Or, did you forget that both his daughter and son-in-law, are official advisers?
SW-User
@OggggO you guys are as bad as the tin hat conspiracy theorist
HerKing · 61-69, M
@SW-User Now did he?? Are you absolutely certain about that? Who exactly has said he is worth billions other than Trump? You see, the ghost writer of 'Making the deal' said he was only worth at best 250 million. Trump sued for 5 billion and lost. Trump said in court(!) that he woke up on any given day and decided what he was worth.. The judge ruled against him. Trump's companies are mired in debt, but not to American banks because they won't touch him. His gokf courses are paid for by either Arab or Russian money...

So no. He isn't a billionaire.
Northwest · M
@SW-User So, then, he did not appoint his daughter and son-in-law to official positions, and take them around, on most of his trips, or WH meetings, to introduce them to everyone they will be soliciting business from?
HerKing · 61-69, M
@SW-User When you say conspiracy theorist are you including Trump who said that climate change was a Chinese plot to devalue the dollar?
luckranger71 · 51-55, M
It’s amazing that his supporters don’t understand this basic fact. He did NOT divest himself of his businesses. An unprecedented decision in modern US history. @OggggO
OggggO · 36-40, M
@SW-User Except I’m not basing this on things “they don’t want you to know” but openly available info in plain sight.

And unethical. If Obama or any unnamed Democrat had chosen to do this, the right wing poutrage machine would never stop. @OggggO
