Mueller got caught with his dick in a rat trap. Flynn’s please will get tossed. Mueller and Comey’s Gestapo tactics are being exposed and the whole narrative is unraveling.

@jackjjackson

I don't expect Flynn will get jail time. If he does, he will appeal. If that fails, there's the pardon option.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson Jack, you forgot your morning meds! Please take them for your sake. You are losing touch with reality.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@windinhishair If you are going to take issue with him, at least speak plainly about your question / issue. Your false flag bullshit comments speak to your mindlessness.
beckyromero · 36-40, F
Play nice, boys.
@jackjjackson I heard they were talking about the Judge tossing Flynn's plea on Fox and Friends.

Do you think the Judge listens to them?
Budwick · 70-79, M
@jackjjackson I wondered why the sentencing didn't go off as planned. I bet it was those two interviewing agents and the tactics they used. What a bunch of slime balls.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Budwick Flynn is in court right now to be sentenced. He pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI under his own free will. The only thing to be decided is the terms of his sentence, if any. Why would a plea deal freely embraced by both parties be thrown out by a third party?
Budwick · 70-79, M
@windinhishair "under his own free will" - Yeah, after bankrupting a career officer, a good man, threaten to expand their investigations further, maybe his son - he plead guilty "under his own free will".
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
That was discussed last night on multiple news sources except CNN and NBC. @MistyCee
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
The redacted 302 that Mueller tried to hide from the Judge who finally got it last night undpredacted displays thr FBI and Mueller’s duplicity loud and clear. @Budwick @beckyromero @MistyCee
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson How did you get to read the unredacted version?
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Budwick Flynn could contest the charges. He chose not to. Case closed.

@windinhishair
@Jackjjacksonjr How did you get to read the unredacted version?
also @jackjjackson , @Budwick , @MistyCee

Probably because it is on the internet.

@beckyromero That's the redacted memo. It was out yesterday. I'm asking about the unredacted memo that Jack referenced.

Ah. Yeah, I don't think we're going to get to see that one.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@beckyromero Not any time soon. Perhaps it will be released when the investigation is complete, or at some later date.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson How'd that go for you in court today? The judge, far from throwing out the plea, expressed concern at the leniency of the government and asked if Flynn had committed treason (which he later walked back). He also said if sentencing went forward today, he couldn't guarantee that Flynn would not serve jail time. And Flynn's attorneys asked for a delay in sentencing, which was granted, so he could continue to cooperate with Mueller.

Someone needs to stop watch so much Fox Entertainment.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
So nothing happened and won’t for awhile. In the meantime Flynn’s attorneys will proved with dis,issal motions. The judge was simply making it look good. @windinhishair
@jackjjackson You're reaching, Jack. It sounds like Flynn's already poisoned this judges well, and unless Trump wants to get Whittaker to interfere, the better move might be to drop the charade and move to recuse the judge. It sounds pretty frivolous, but it fits the narrative and might fly better than pardoning him.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson I'm sure that the admission by Flynn's attorney that the FBI treated his client fairly, and Flynn's admission that he knew lying to the FBI was illegal were both just for show. And the judge's statement that Flynn "sold his country out" and that he was "disgusted by your (Flynn's) conduct" were just for show too. That certainly sounds like the judge is going to dismiss all charges to me. NOT.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Was Flynn sentenced today? NO
Is it still possible that Flynn’s guilty plea may be set aside by a Court? YES

@windinhishair
@jackjjackson It does seem like this judge might prefer a more serious charge.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Flyhn’s biggest punishment will be the lecture he received prior to the Judge totally walking it back after recessing. @MistyCee
@jackjjackson Willing to match judge Judy's charity donation if you're wrong?

Flynn might not do hard time, but I think the judge may want a pound of flesh.

Oh I don't know about that. If he's had 19 interviews with Mueller's team it won't be to discuss the merits of the Yankees V the Redsox. Flynns entirely idiotic attempt to say that he wasn't cautioned about lying was laughable. Trump's good luck charm didn't work (after conveniently forgetting it was him who fired Flynn for lying to Pence!) either...And the lying bitch Sanders even said when asked how Flynn turning evidence was different to Cohen who was called a rat by Trump that it was because Trump (Liar in chief) wasn't mentioned...

Yet! He has no idea what Flynn has said. No-one but Mueller does. And for him to recommend no jail time for Flynn (Who sold his soul and America) suggests Flynn has turned over some very interesting facts to Mueller.
